Salary: $52,000 - $56,000 per year
Work Location: Remote/On-Site Client Service Hybrid Position (Travel 6+ hours) Company vehicle provided
Overview: Mount Prospect Academy is seeking a dedicated Permanency Clinician to join our team in VTSS. In this role, you will provide individual and family therapy to at-risk and adjudicated youth in the Central/Southeastern region of Vermont. Your mission will be to guide clients and families towards long-term community support and resources.
Responsibilities
- Lead clinical oversight on assigned cases focusing on permanency and guided treatment.
- Provide individual and family therapy according to treatment plans.
- Establish treatment goals and recommendations.
- Support Permanency Coordinator's activities for client and family interactions.
- Deliver case management, clinical support, and guidance to overcome obstacles.
Requirements
- Master's Degree preferred in social work or related field.
- 1+ year experience in human services.
- Valid driver's license and active car insurance.
- Background checks and participation in on-call rotation.
