Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician

Job Description

TOYOTI1 is seeking a Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for utilizing reliability equipment to analyze and detect potential machine failures, predicting pending issues, and ensuring minimal downtime through proactive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to predict potential machine failures.
• Utilize advanced technologies such as infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic for data collection.
• Collaborate with maintenance planners to schedule repairs during planned downtime.
• Detect and address air, steam, and nitrogen leaks using reliability devices.
• Provide maintenance support to minimize unplanned downtime.
• Contribute to equipment improvement initiatives and life extension plans.
• Comply with safety procedures and recommend necessary equipment upgrades.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or 5+ years of experience in reliability technology.
• Experience in root cause failure analysis and willingness to stay current with predictive maintenance technology.
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
