Job Description

We are looking for a Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to join our team at TOYOTI1. In this role, you will be responsible for utilizing reliability equipment to analyze and detect potential machine failures, thus minimizing downtime effectively. Your primary tasks will include reviewing data, predicting pending failures, utilizing advanced technology for data collection, and working with maintenance planners to schedule repairs during maintenance downtime.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and detect potential machine failures using reliability equipment.
• Review and analyze data to predict pending failures.
• Utilize advanced technology for data collection on a daily basis.
• Collaborate with maintenance planners to schedule necessary repairs.
• Detect air, steam, and nitrogen leaks using reliability devices.

Requirements

• An associate degree in industrial maintenance or a minimum of 5 years' experience in reliability technology.
• Experience in the root cause failure analysis process.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
