We are looking for a Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to join our team at TOYOTI1. In this role, you will utilize reliability equipment to analyze and detect potential machine failures, predict pending issues, and ensure efficient maintenance to minimize downtime.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and detect potential machine failures using reliability equipment.
- Predict pending failures based on data analysis.
- Utilize infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic technology for data collection.
- Collaborate with maintenance planners for scheduled repairs.
- Detect air, steam, and nitrogen leaks using reliability devices.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in industrial maintenance or 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience with root cause failure analysis.
- Ability to work independently or in a group environment.
