Job Description

As a Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician at TOYOTI1, you will play a crucial role in minimizing downtime by analyzing and predicting potential machine failures. Utilizing various reliability equipment such as infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic technology, you will collect and analyze data to identify issues and schedule repairs efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to predict pending failures and submit work orders for repairs.
• Detect leaks and monitor equipment for issues, recommending timely repairs to prevent downtime.
• Collect oil samples, attend maintenance meetings, and propose equipment upgrade recommendations.
• Stay current on predictive maintenance technology and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with reliability technology and root cause failure analysis.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Willingness to pursue relevant certifications.
