Job Description

Join TOYOTI1 as a Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician and play a crucial role in minimizing machine downtime through advanced reliability technology. You will be responsible for analyzing data, predicting potential failures, and implementing maintenance strategies to prevent unexpected machinery breakdowns.

Responsibilities

• Utilize reliability equipment to analyze and detect potential machine failures.
• Analyze gathered data to predict pending failures and recommend necessary actions.
• Utilize infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic technology for daily data collection.
• Collaborate with maintenance planners to schedule repairs during planned maintenance downtime.
• Detect and address air, steam, and nitrogen leaks using reliability devices.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks like changing filters, oil, and grease.
• Recommend immediate shutdown and repairs for equipment to prevent catastrophic failure.
• Collect oil samples for lab test analysis and provide support for minimizing unplanned downtime.

Requirements

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with predictive maintenance technology in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with root cause failure analysis and relevant certifications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
