Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to join our team at TOYOTI1. The ideal candidate will utilize reliability equipment to analyze and predict machine failures, contributing to minimizing downtime and optimizing maintenance processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and detect potential machine failures using reliability equipment.
• Predict pending failures by reviewing and analyzing gathered data.
• Utilize infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic technology for daily data collection.
• Collaborate with maintenance planners to schedule repairs during planned downtime.
• Detect air, steam, and nitrogen leaks using reliability devices.
• Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as changing filters, oil, and grease.
• Recommend immediate repairs on equipment to prevent catastrophic failures.
• Collect oil samples for lab test analysis.
• Provide support to minimize unplanned downtime in Plant Operations and Maintenance.

Requirements

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge and experience in reliability technology and data analysis.
• Willingness to obtain Pdm related certifications within a reasonable time.
• Understanding of root cause failure analysis process.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
