Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to join our team at TOYOTI1. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in utilizing reliability equipment and technology to analyze and predict potential machine failures, ultimately minimizing downtime effectively. Your responsibilities will include collecting and analyzing data, detecting leaks, recommending repairs, and improving the life of manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Utilize reliability equipment to analyze and detect potential machine failures.
• Review and analyze data gathered to predict pending failures.
• Utilize infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic technology for daily data collection.
• Recommend immediate repairs to avoid catastrophic failure.
• Collect oil samples for lab test analysis.
• Recommend equipment upgrades, replacements, and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with all safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively through written and verbal correspondence.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• PDM related certifications or willingness to obtain them.
• Thorough understanding of root cause failure analysis.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
