Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to join TOYOTI1 on a full-time basis. As a crucial member of our team, you will be responsible for utilizing reliability equipment, analyzing data, and predicting potential machine failures to minimize downtime effectively. Performing daily data collection and analysis using infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic technology will be key components of your role. Additionally, you will collaborate with maintenance planners to schedule repairs during planned downtime and provide support to minimize unplanned downtime. The ideal candidate will possess an associate degree in industrial maintenance or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment, along with a thorough understanding of root cause failure analysis.

Responsibilities

• Utilize reliability equipment to analyze and predict potential machine failures.
• Perform daily data collection using infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic technology.
• Collaborate with maintenance planners to schedule repairs during planned downtime.
• Provide support to minimize unplanned downtime due to machine failures.
• Attend reliability and maintenance meetings as required.
• Recommend equipment upgrades, replacements, and repairs as necessary.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
• Thorough understanding of root cause failure analysis.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
