Job Description
We are looking for a Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to join our team at TOYOTI1. In this role, you will play a crucial part in analyzing and detecting potential machine failures to minimize downtime effectively. Your responsibilities will include utilizing reliability equipment, analyzing data to predict pending failure, and working with maintenance planners to schedule repairs during planned downtime.
Responsibilities
- Utilize reliability equipment for effective machine failure analysis.
- Analyze data to predict impending failures.
- Utilize technology such as infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic for data collection.
- Collaborate with maintenance planners for repair scheduling.
- Identify and recommend immediate repairs to avoid catastrophic failure.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in industrial maintenance or 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience in daily data collection, analysis, and reporting in a manufacturing setting.
- Willingness to complete necessary training for proficiency.
- Understanding of root cause failure analysis.
