We are currently seeking four (4) Registered Nurse (RN) positions at Meade District Hospital. The available positions include:
1. Full Time Night Shift RN (7:00 pm to 7:00 am)
2. Full Time Day Shift RN (7:00 am to 7:00 pm)
3. Full Time Day Shift Float RN (Float between Pre/Post Op and the Med/Surg Floor)
4. Full Time Day Shift Float RN (Float between Cardiac Rehab and the Med/Surg Floor)

**2 weekends a month
**on-the-job training for Cardiac Rehab & Pre/Post Op
**$5,000 sign-on bonus

Position Summary:

As a Registered Nurse at Meade District Hospital, you will provide quality care focused on the comfort and well-being of patients and their families. Responsibilities include being a charge nurse, delegating assignments, critical thinking, and maintaining nursing standards.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and NCLEX pass
• Current Kansas State license
• Maintain CEUs and certifications in ACLS, PALS, and CPR

Responsibilities:

• Maintain departmental standards
• Evaluate patient care outcomes and adjust as necessary
• Ensure accurate patient records and emotional stability
• Assist providers, supervise team members, administer medications
• Plan care, maintain confidentiality, and promote patient safety
• Adhere to policies and procedures, attend training programs

Cardiac Rehab Job Responsibilities:

• Assess patient pain and coordinate care with physicians
• Maintain equipment, document patient interactions, and follow protocols

Pre/Post Op Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assess patients before and after surgery
• Document care, evaluate outcomes, and assist specialists as needed
