Job Description
As a Relationship Manager at KETER ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES LLC, you will play a vital role in driving revenue from existing accounts and managing a portfolio of clients at a corporate level. Your responsibilities include fostering client relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring a positive client experience. You will collaborate internally across departments to meet client requirements, resolve issues, and advocate for client needs. Additionally, you will focus on sustainability goals, financial performance analysis, contract renewals, and revenue growth through upselling waste and recycling streams. The ideal candidate will have a passion for environmental sustainability, strong analytical and sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in customer relationship management software.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for client concerns and needs.
- Create and administer Account Plans with key corporate contacts.
- Maintain relationships and alignment with corporate contacts.
- Advise clients on reporting and conduct reviews to highlight key information.
- Advocate for clients on escalated issues and ensure effective communication.
- Collaborate internally to implement new customer sites and achieve objectives.
- Analyze client financial performance and track contract renewals.
- Drive revenue growth through upselling additional waste and recycling streams.
- Stay informed about industry changes and anticipate effects on services provided.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; 5-7 years of sales or account management experience.
- Strong analytical and sales focus with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software like Salesforce.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and communicate effectively.
