In this leadership role, you will oversee the clinical operations to ensure exceptional care for our residents across independent living, assisted living, and memory care units. Responsibilities

• Lead the clinical team and conduct initial assessments of residents.
• Develop individualized Care Plans and oversee nursing care.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders and ensure fiscal responsibility.
• Supervise nursing staff, provide training, and uphold regulatory compliance.
• Manage facility operations in the absence of certified designees.

Requirements

• Active Iowa RN license with supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
