Job Description
We are currently seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Alliance Nursing. As part of our dedicated staff, you will play a vital role in providing acute care nursing services to patients in an adult family home setting with a low nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4. This position offers 12-hour night shifts from 7 pm to 7 am, allowing for flexibility in scheduling to achieve work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality acute care nursing services with exceptional assessment skills and quick responsiveness to changes in patient conditions.
- Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance nursing skills.
Basic Qualifications
- Current Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license without restrictions.
- Alternatively, current Multi-State License from a participating Compact State.
