RN or LPN - In-Home Care

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled RN or LPN to provide personalized care to pediatric and young adult clients in the Lynnwood and Everett areas. As part of the Alliance Nursing team, you will be delivering specialized private duty nursing services to patients with complex medical and developmental conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 care to patients including mechanical ventilation, tracheostomy care, and nursing interventions.
• Utilize the nursing process for comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain professional standards and effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Demonstrate quick assessment skills, sound nursing judgment, and adaptability to changing conditions.

Requirements

• Current Washington State Registered or Licensed Practical Nurse license (RN or LPN).
• Strong assessment skills, nursing judgment, and ability to respond promptly to patient needs.
• Compassionate attitude and dedication to patient care and wellbeing.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
