Job Description

We are looking for compassionate RNs or LPNs to provide 1:1 care for pediatric and young adult clients in Tacoma and Graham. Day and night shifts are available, up to full-time positions. As part of Alliance Nursing, you will deliver critical nursing services including private duty nursing for patients with complex medical and developmental conditions.

This role requires exceptional assessment skills, nursing judgment, and the ability to respond swiftly to any changes in a patient's condition. You will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with patients and their families, providing care with compassion and professionalism.

Basic Qualifications

• Current Washington State RN or LPN license without restrictions.
• Current Multi-State License from a participating Compact State.
