Robotics Service/Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Green Source Automation LLC, based in Jerome, Idaho, is looking for an experienced Robotics Service/Maintenance Technician located in or near Lafayette, Indiana. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of our system's benefits and be dedicated to maintaining, implementing, and enforcing our automated systems. Responsibilities of this position include:

• Performing maintenance on Robotics Systems within the dairy industry.
• Conducting biweekly maintenance on all six systems.
• Changing brushes weekly.
• Performing monthly preventative maintenance on ECAlogical MAX Generators.
• Being on-call as needed.

Requirements

• Willingness to develop the necessary skill set for maintenance tasks.
• Experience in PLC-based controls design, development, implementation, and support.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• PC skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to interpret electrical and pneumatic schematics.
• Proficiency in multitasking and prioritizing workloads.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivation and time management abilities.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Flexibility to work varied hours and days.
• Willingness to travel within a 6-hour driving range to different dairies.
• Comfort working in a dairy environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000 per year.
