Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Senior Cost Analyst who is bilingual in Japanese to join our dynamic team at TOYOTI1. As an essential member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing our production costs, becoming the subject matter expert on CADIOS, and working closely with our team in Japan. If you have a background in cost accounting and cost management, and are proficient in SAP S4 HANA, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Become the expert on CADIOS and oversee material transactions.
- Collaborate with the Japanese team to optimize production cost management through CADIOS.
- Lead the Fixed Asset inventory planning and direct departmental ROI analysis.
- Participate in budget planning by developing annual budgets for labor and other costs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 10 years of experience in cost accounting and cost management.
- Fluency in Japanese is essential.
- CPA certification preferred.
- Experience with SAP S4 HANA is a strong advantage.
