We are looking for a Senior Cost Analyst Bilingual to join TOYOTI1, a leading international tire manufacturing company. The successful candidate will become the subject matter expert on CADIOS, manage production costs, and collaborate with Japan for cost optimization. Fluency in Japanese is a must for this role, as you will be working closely with Japanese counterparts. Responsibilities

• Be a key resource for CADIOS implementation and optimization.
• Analyze material transactions and investigate variances.
• Collaborate with Japanese team members on cost management.
• Direct Fixed Asset inventory and assist in ROI analysis.
• Participate in budget planning and labor cost estimation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, CPA certification preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years in cost accounting and SAP S4 HANA experience.
• Fluency in Japanese for effective communication with the Japan team.
• Detail-oriented, team player, and strong analytical skills.
