Senior Cost Analyst Bilingual

Join TOYOTI1's team as a Senior Cost Analyst Bilingual at our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. We are looking for a dynamic individual to become the subject matter expert on CADIOS, understand material transactions, and work closely with the Japan team. Fluency in Japanese is a must for better cost management using CADIOS. Additionally, you will direct the Fixed Asset inventory, analyze ROI on new projects, and actively participate in the budget planning process. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, ten years of related experience, and proficiency in Cost Accounting. CPA certification and experience with SAP S4 HANA are highly beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Be the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
• Understand material transactions and investigate monthly variances in CADIOS.
• Collaborate with the Japan team for improved cost management using CADIOS.
• Lead Fixed Asset inventory.
• Analyze ROI on new projects.
• Participate in the budget planning process for labor and other costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Ten years of related Cost Accounting experience.
• Fluency in Japanese.
• CPA certification is a plus.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA is advantageous.
