Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Cost Analyst with fluency in Japanese to join TOYOTI1, a leading international tire manufacturing company. In this role, you will be responsible for becoming the subject matter expert on CADIOS, managing production costs, and working closely with the team in Japan. Additionally, you will play a key role in directing fixed asset inventory and analyzing ROI on new projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
- Manage production costs and investigate variances.
- Collaborate with the team in Japan to optimize CADIOS.
- Direct fixed asset inventory activities.
- Analyze ROI on new projects and verify completion.
- Participate in budget planning processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
- 10+ years of related experience in cost accounting and management.
- Fluency in Japanese is a must.
- CPA certification is highly preferred.
- Experience with SAP S4 HANA is an advantage.
