Job Description
TOYOTI1 is seeking a Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese) to join our team at our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. As an essential member of our finance team, you will play a vital role in managing production costs, analyzing ROI, and contributing to the budget planning process. Fluency in Japanese is a must for collaborating with our Japan office.
Responsibilities
- Become an expert in CADIOS.
- Investigate monthly variances in material transactions.
- Work with Japan to optimize CADIOS for cost management.
- Lead Fixed Asset inventory direction.
- Analyze ROI on projects and validate post-completion.
- Contribute to annual budget planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 10 years of relevant experience in cost accounting and management.
- CPA certification is highly desired.
- Experience with SAP S4 HANA is a plus.
- Fluency in Japanese is mandatory.
