Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese)

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Cost Analyst with fluency in both English and Japanese to join TOYOTI1's team. As a leading international tire manufacturing company, TOYOTI1 prides itself in innovation, quality, and service. In this role, you will become the subject matter expert on CADIOS, manage production costs in collaboration with Japan, and lead the Fixed Asset inventory. Your expertise in cost accounting and proficiency with SAP S4 HANA will be crucial for success.

Key Responsibilities

• Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
• Manage production costs utilizing CADIOS in collaboration with Japan. Fluency in Japanese is a must.
• Lead the Fixed Asset inventory.
• Analyze ROI on new projects and verify upon completion.
• Participate in budget planning by developing annual budgets for labor and costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Cost Accounting and cost management.
• CPA certification is highly preferred.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA is advantageous.
