Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese)

Toyo Tires N.A. is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese) to join our dynamic team at our new state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. As a leading international tire manufacturing company with over 75 years of experience, we are dedicated to innovation, quality, and service.

Responsibilities

• Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
• Understand material transactions and investigate monthly variances within CADIOS.
• Collaborate with Japan to enhance the use of CADIOS for managing production costs. Fluency in Japanese is required.
• Plan and oversee Fixed Asset inventory.
• Analyze ROI on new projects and validate post-completion.
• Participate in budget planning by developing annual budgets for labor and other assigned costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Cost Accounting and Cost Management.
• CPA certification highly preferred.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA considered advantageous.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
