Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese)

Job Description

We are looking for a highly qualified Senior Cost Analyst to join TOYOTI1's dynamic team. As a Senior Cost Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to become the subject matter expert on CADIOS, understand material transactions, and investigate monthly variances within CADIOS. Fluency in Japanese is a must as you will work closely with Japan to enhance the use of CADIOS for managing production costs. Additionally, you will lead the Fixed Asset inventory, analyze ROI on new projects, and actively contribute to the budget planning process by developing labor and other cost budgets.

Responsibilities

• Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
• Understand material transactions and investigate monthly variances within CADIOS.
• Collaborate with Japan to enhance the use of CADIOS for managing production costs.
• Lead the Fixed Asset inventory.
• Analyze ROI on new projects and verify upon completion.
• Contribute to budget planning by developing labor and other cost budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Cost Accounting and cost management.
• CPA certification is highly preferred.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA is advantageous.
• Fluency in Japanese is required.
