Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese) to join our team at TOYOTI1. As part of our dynamic company, you will play a crucial role in managing our production costs, investigating variances, and contributing to cost savings initiatives. Fluency in Japanese is a key requirement for this position.
Responsibilities
- Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS software.
- Investigate monthly variances in material transactions within CADIOS.
- Collaborate with Japan to optimize the use of CADIOS for cost management.
- Lead the Fixed Asset inventory process.
- Analyze ROI on new projects and validate upon completion.
- Participate in the budget planning process by developing annual budgets for labor and other costs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 10 years of relevant experience in cost accounting and management.
- CPA certification is highly preferred.
- Experience with SAP S4 HANA is advantageous.
- Fluency in Japanese is a must.
