Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese)

TOYOTI1 is currently looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Cost Analyst who is bilingual in English and Japanese. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in managing production costs, analyzing variances, and working closely with our Japanese counterparts to optimize cost management systems. Responsibilities

• Act as the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
• Analyze material transactions and investigate monthly variances within CADIOS.
• Collaborate with Japan to enhance the use of CADIOS for efficient production cost management (Fluency in Japanese is required).
• Lead the Fixed Asset inventory planning and direction.
• Support departments in analyzing ROI on new projects and ensure verification upon completion.
• Participate actively in the budget planning process by developing annual budgets for labor and other assigned costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in cost accounting and cost management.
• CPA certification is highly preferred.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA is advantageous.
• Fluency in Japanese language is a must.
