Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese)

Job Description

We are looking for a talented Senior Cost Analyst who is bilingual in English and Japanese to join TOYOTI1. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing production costs and analyzing financial data. This position requires the ability to become an expert in CADIOS and collaborate with teams in Japan to optimize cost management processes.

Responsibilities

• Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS and manage material transactions.
• Investigate monthly variances within CADIOS.
• Collaborate with teams in Japan to enhance cost management processes.
• Plan and oversee Fixed Asset inventory.
• Analyze ROI on new projects and ensure accuracy upon completion.
• Participate in the budget planning process by developing annual budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Cost Accounting and Cost Management.
• Fluency in both English and Japanese is essential.
• CPA certification is highly preferred.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA is advantageous.
