Job Description
We are looking for a talented Specialist Solution Architect with expertise in Large Scale Cloud and Managed Services, IT Security, Data Protection Services, Networking and Interconnection, Professional Services, and Hyperscale Cloud. As a Solutions Architect II at Flexential, you will be a recognized industry expert, providing innovative and strategic solutions to our customers and prospects.
Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions
- Consult with SEs and SAs on complex technical issues.
- Support sales and support teams by providing technical expertise and design suggestions for specialized areas.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of product offerings and industry trends.
- Assist in formal presentations and represent Flexential at technology conferences.
- Provide content creation, run customer workshops, and support marketing initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 9-11 years of B2B Sales and/or support experience in telecom, co-location, and/or managed hosting industry.
- BS and/or MS in an IT-related field preferred.
- Must have strong technical skills and a track record of success in consulting or managed IT services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong working knowledge of various specialized areas including Data Center Design/Construction, IT Security, and Cloud platforms.
