Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Specialist Solution Architect to join our innovative team at Flexential. As a Specialist Solution Architect, you will leverage your deep expertise in various technology specialties such as Cloud and Managed Services, IT Security, Data Protection, Networking, and Professional Services. You will be responsible for presenting complex solutions to potential clients, providing technical guidance to support teams, and representing Flexential at industry events.
Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions
- Consult with SEs and SAs on intricate technical matters
- Support sales and support teams with technical expertise
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of product offerings and industry trends
- Present deep-dive solutions to potential customers
- Conduct customer workshops to strategize IT roadmaps
- Assist in tool development and content creation
Required Qualifications
- 9-11 years of B2B Sales or support experience in related industries
- Technical proficiency and a record of successful contributions
- Expertise in multi-tier environments and architecture methodologies
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, cloud platforms, and databases
- Detail-oriented, organized, and excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to work in an office or remote environment
- Physical capability for office work and occasional travel
- High-energy individual with positive attitude and teamwork skills

Base Pay Range
Annual salary range: $126,000 - $170,000
Variable Pay
Discretionary annual bonus based on performance
