Responsibilities
- Manage the Regional team for MSE Sales Technology, including resource management and budget adherence.
- Represent Sales Technology leadership within the Marketing, Sales, and eCommerce area.
- Scale Sales innovation initiatives across North American businesses by influencing leaders and building business cases.
- Oversee the planning, management, and regional deployment of Sales Technology applications.
- Ensure team compliance with Service Level Management best practices and Security requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in business and technology.
- 5+ years of management experience.
- 2+ years working with Digital Business Technology and interpreting requirements for stakeholders.
Compensation
The approximate salary range for this position is $150,000.00 to $195,000.00, with performance-based incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.
