Sunrise Senior Living is seeking compassionate Care Managers (STNAs) to join our team and provide exceptional care to our residents in assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. As a Care Manager, you will build meaningful connections with seniors, assist with daily living activities, and contribute to a supportive and enriching environment.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with seniors, attend to individual care needs, and understand their preferences.
• Communicate changes in residents' conditions and recommend appropriate care adjustments.
• Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans and ensure resident safety and well-being.
• Assist residents with life skills and enriching activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and community standards.
• Provide dining assistance following Sunrise hospitality standards.
• Engage residents in life skills activities and uphold the Principles of Services.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude, flexibility, and teamwork are essential.
• Prior experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to act in the residents' best interest and demonstrate good judgment.
