Job Description
We are looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer to join our team at Middle River Aerostructure Systems, a world-leading manufacturer of thrust reversers and aerostructures located near Baltimore, MD. As a Supplier Quality Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring quality standards for our suppliers, conducting audits, and driving improvement plans.
Responsibilities
- Drive quality initiatives for assigned suppliers.
- Conduct product and process quality reviews.
- Lead supplier audits and compliance assessments.
- Collaborate with sourcing teams to meet engineering requirements.
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Engage in supplier performance reviews and process improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in Supplier Quality Engineering.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and drive Six Sigma quality practices.
- Willingness to travel up to 30%.
