UX Researcher (Hybrid)

Job Description

We are looking for a talented UX Researcher (Hybrid) to join Cella, a leading pharmaceutical company based in New York, New York. As a key member of the team, you will enhance the workplace environment and culture by conducting in-depth research to understand employee needs, behaviors, and satisfaction levels. Through various research methodologies, you will drive the design and implementation of initiatives to elevate the overall employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute qualitative and quantitative research studies to gather insights on employee satisfaction and engagement.
• Analyze research data to identify trends and opportunities for enhancing the employee experience.
• Develop a deep understanding of employee personas and journey maps to guide experience design initiatives.
• Present research findings and strategic insights to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies impacting employee experience.
• Advocate for employee needs throughout the design and decision-making processes.

Qualifications

Experience level: Minimum 7 years of experience.

• Experience with user research platforms like UserTesting, Lookback, Dscout, etc., for remote usability studies and interviews.
• Proficiency in survey tools such as SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics, Google Forms.
• Strong communication skills to present data to diverse audiences.
• Curiosity to explore problems and ask relevant questions.
