Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with residents and families, assisting with daily activities and individual care needs.
• Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans and ensure residents' well-being.
• Monitor and engage residents in enriching activities tailored to their preferences and needs.
• Ensure community compliance with safety regulations and uphold service standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and teamwork mentality.
• High School diploma/GED required; certifications may be necessary per state regulations.
• Prior experience with seniors is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
