Caregiver

Job Description

At Sunrise Senior Living, we are currently looking to add a dedicated Caregiver to our team. The Caregiver will be responsible for providing top-quality care and services to a consistent group of residents and their families in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and attend to individual care needs.
• Collaborate with the community team to maintain compliance with regulations.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
• Ensure a high standard of service and hospitality at all times.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion to serve seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED accepted; certifications may be required per state regulations.
• Previous experience with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
