• Build relationships with seniors and their families, providing assistance with daily activities.
• Monitor residents' well-being and notify management of any changes.
• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Service Plans (ISP).
• Ensure community compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Provide dining assistance while maintaining Sunrise hospitality standards.
• Encourage residents in life skills and enriching activities.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications as required by state regulations.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
