Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated WIC Clerk II to join our team at Scott County. In this role, you will be responsible for handling various essential duties related to WIC services, vendor liaison, WIC client services/administration, voter registration, and farmer's market coordination. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and possess strong communication abilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to families and vendors in WIC program.
- Coordinate administrative tasks such as scheduling, supply orders, and record-keeping.
- Ensure compliance with state policies and procedures.
- Participate in voter registration activities and oversee farmer's market coordination.
Qualifications
- High School Degree required; some college preferred.
- Minimum of one year clerical experience in a healthcare setting.
- Computer knowledge and customer service experience.
