Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor students, guiding them towards positive behaviors and crisis management.
• Implement social and recreational activities to engage residents in programming.
• Deliver direct services, including daily living skills and activities that promote reintegration into the community.
• Assist residents in developing social skills, coping mechanisms, and respectful relationships.
• Model positive behavior and provide emotional support during challenging situations.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree, 60 college credits, or relevant experience working with children.
• Valid driver's license, 21 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Pass background and pre-employment checks.
