Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks at multiple properties.
• Troubleshoot and repair various HVAC systems.
• Provide high levels of customer service to residents.
• Execute light electrical work, appliance repair, and preventative maintenance.

Requirements

• Possess a valid PA Driver's License.
• Demonstrate prior experience in residential or multifamily housing.
• Basic hand tool proficiency is required.
• Available for pre-scheduled on-call duties as needed.
• High school diploma or GED is a must.
