Job Title: Maintenance Technician

In this role, you will ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for residents and visitors, perform preventative maintenance, and uphold property standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and comfort within the property.
• Maintain knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Diagnose and perform minor repairs.
• Coordinate make-ready repairs and services.
• Keep grounds clean and neat.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in apartment maintenance.
• High School diploma or GED required, HVAC certification preferred.
• Valid Driver's License and automobile insurance.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and on-call.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Physically able to perform maintenance tasks.
• Capable of working in various weather conditions.
