Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Universal Banker to join the International State Bank of Raton team. As a Universal Banker, you will play a vital role in completing financial transactions for customers, opening accounts, handling teller transactions, and recommending financial solutions based on customer needs. Your responsibilities will include assisting clients with various financial services, meeting sales goals, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with day-to-day customer service requests and more complex issues.
• Perform transfers, loan payments, and wire transactions.
• Open consumer and business accounts, promoting additional products and services.
• Cross-sell banking products and services to enhance customer relationships.
• Meet/exceed sales targets and maintain knowledge of banking regulations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in sales, teller, new accounts, or loan processing.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; 10-Key by touch is preferable.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.
