Job Description
Southern Health Partners is looking for a dedicated LPN to join our team at the Clermont County Detention Center in Ohio. As an FT LPN Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care to the underserved population, following established nursing plans and protocols.
Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care, assess symptoms, chart progress, and work within State Scope of Practice.
- Administer medications as prescribed and adhere to correctional regulations.
- Execute treatment plans and provide emergency interventions.
- Conduct physical assessments and critical thinking for optimal patient outcomes.
