Diesel Mechanic/Technician C

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Diesel Mechanic/Technician C to join our team at Southeastern Freight Lines, Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining the various equipment used for freight transport. You will work on a range of equipment including diesel tractors, city trucks, and industrial forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair trucks, tractors, and forklifts.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment performance.
• Track work progress to meet service schedules and customer commitments.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Minimum 6 months of related experience and/or training.
• Ability to pass background check and drug/alcohol tests.
• Preferably Diesel Engine Repair and Automotive Diagnostics experience.

Salary

$28.80 - $35.80 per hour
