Director of Contracts and Grants

Job Description

Open Sky Community Services is looking for an experienced and dynamic Director of Contracts and Grants to join our team. As the Director, you will oversee all pre and post contract award administration activities, manage contract life-cycles, and collaborate with organizational leaders to ensure financial compliance and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract bidding, negotiation, and proposal processes.
• Manage contracts, documents, and deadlines to ensure proper fund allocation and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for successful revenue tracking and reporting.
• Support state funding partnerships and billing portals for financial operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in finance, grants, and contract management.
• Proven experience in team leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with GAAP and UFR is a plus.
