FOH Manager

Job Description

We are currently looking for a dedicated FOH Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front of house facilities at Lariat Lodge Brewing. As the FOH Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences, leading a team of staff members, and maintaining high operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate operations for maximum efficiency.
• Supervise and evaluate staff members across all areas of the building.
• Handle customer complaints promptly and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards.
• Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment adequacy.
• Review product quality and work with operations directors for improvements.
• Conduct staff performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback.
• Promote staff education on products and maintain a focus on hospitality.
• Uphold sanitation and safety regulations.
• Manage the restaurant's reputation and suggest enhancement strategies.
