Job Description

We are hiring Guest Service Representatives to join the Doubletree Koger Center team. Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent and dependable attendance while greeting guests warmly and professionally.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs according to property standards.
• Answer and transfer calls, as well as manage reservations following property guidelines.
• Responsible for cash handling, posting charges, and resolving service issues efficiently.
