Job Description
Slumberland Furniture is looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Home Delivery Driver to join our team. If you enjoy providing exceptional service, working independently, and being part of a supportive environment, this could be the perfect role for you.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery team in inspecting, loading, delivering, and setting up merchandise for customers.
- Ensure safe and efficient delivery of products while providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain clean and organized delivery vehicles.
- Handle equipment and merchandise responsibly to prevent damage and ensure staff safety.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude towards customer interaction.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to follow directions, keep accurate records, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work day-shift schedules throughout the week.
- Pass DOT requirements, criminal background check, and drug screening.
