Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Home Delivery Driver to join the Slumberland Furniture Delivery Team. As a Home Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering, setting up, and ensuring the safe transport of merchandise to our valued customers. This role offers a dynamic work environment where you can interact with a variety of people and contribute to providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Deliver merchandise safely and efficiently to customers' homes.
- Inspect, set up, and verify the accuracy of deliveries.
- Maintain clean and organized delivery vehicles.
- Ensure the proper handling and maintenance of trucks and equipment.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service skills with a genuine love for meeting new people.
- Flexibility to work day-shift schedules in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to pass DOT requirements, background checks, and drug screenings.
