Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Home Delivery Driver to join our team at Slumberland Furniture. As a vital member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive their merchandise safely and efficiently, while providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery team in inspecting, loading, delivering, and setting up merchandise for customers.
- Deliver merchandise in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain delivery vehicles for a professional and organized appearance.
- Handle and maintain all trucks and equipment to prevent damage or injury.
Requirements
- 21+ years of age.
- Strong interpersonal skills and genuine enjoyment of meeting new people.
- Demonstrated work ethic, self-motivation, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work day shifts throughout the week in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to pass DOT requirements, criminal background check, and drug screening.
